The goal of the project was to help users plan a trip to a city by generating the ideal itinerary using AI, based on their interests. It also included budget management, which can be automated as well.
Timeline
September 2022 - February 2025
Background
The Epitech Innovative Project (EIP) is a final-year project developed in teams over three years.
3rd year – Ideation: Identifying a need and validating the concept.
4th year – Development: Transitioning from a prototype to an industrializable solution.
5th year – Finalization: Refining the product and preparing for Epitech Experience (E²), where projects are evaluated by professionals.
These projects aim to either solve a societal problem, offer a marketable solution, or demonstrate advanced technical expertise.
In the school context, we had to treat the project in a certain way. Meaning we had to follow the sprints that were conducted by the school.
All the sprints had a specific theme that will be listed below.
Sprint - Communication & Start of the project
To focus, on creating a nice structure to every part of the project and of course defend a theme that can be receivable
Sprint - Management & Process
Collaborated with designers to create intuitive user interfaces and interactive prototypes. Iteratively refined designs based on user feedback to enhance usability and visual appeal.
Sprint - Fast Forward
Leveraged agile development methodologies to build the scheduling app from the ground up. Prioritized feature development based on user feedback and technical feasibility. Implemented AI algorithms to analyze user behavior and optimize scheduling recommendations.
Sprint - Bêta & Growth Hacking

Sprint - Consolidation
Conducted rigorous testing across various devices and platforms to ensure compatibility and performance. Gathered user feedback through beta testing and iteratively optimized the app based on usability metrics and user satisfaction.
Testing & Presentation
As a study-end project, we had to test it and finally present it multiple times to potential investor, other students and jury.
